Investing in Zambia's future: Our new technical training program aims to develop the next generation of electrical and automation engineers.

Tharros Engineering is proud to announce the launch of our comprehensive technical training program, designed to develop the next generation of Zambian electrical and automation engineers.

Program Overview

Our training initiative offers hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in:

  • High-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Industrial automation and SCADA
  • Solar PV and battery storage systems
  • Switchgear installation and maintenance
  • Safety standards and best practices

Building Local Capacity

This program represents our commitment to developing local talent and reducing Zambia's dependence on imported technical expertise. Participants will receive certification recognized by international standards bodies.

Partnership with Industry Leaders

Through our partnerships with Schneider Electric, ACTOM, and other industry leaders, trainees will gain exposure to world-class equipment and methodologies.

Application Information

We're accepting applications from recent engineering graduates and early-career professionals. The program runs for six months and includes both classroom instruction and practical fieldwork.
